Phenomenal experience. Professional Team. 100% Recommend! My experience at Rovers Elite was A++ from the first time I called the shop to the day I picked up my Range Rover. The owners, Dave and Tony, are the two most professional and knowledgeable LR specialists in the Greater Los Angeles/SF Valley area. They have 26 years in the LR industry and know each make/year/model inside-and-out. The prices are reasonable and they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their craft. The team is very communicative and kept me updated almost daily on the progress of my repairs. Most importantly, they listen to you. This shop clearly prioritizes their customer's intent and does not push unnecessary services. I came to Rovers Elite to overhaul my L322 (Range Rover 2010 HSE). Tony met me at 8am to receive the vehicle and listened to all my concerns/fix-its with open ears. I even provided them a list of my own concerns/things I wanted to address and Tony made sure to go through each item to make sure he could meet my expectations. This matters to me a lot. I typically do 95% of the work on my vehicles and have overhauled my fair share of Jeeps/BMWs/VWs/Toyotas/Hondas. I consider myself decently mechanically inclined, but no longer have the time/resources to work on my own vehicles. I can say with 100% certainty that I trust Rovers Elite to work on my L322 and any other vehicle I bring to them. I will absolutely be going back to this shop with any and all future LR issues. If you are shopping around for a LR shop to service your LR/RR, look no further. (Also, if you live in the Greater Los Angeles Area, it is worth the drive!)

I took my 2016 Range Rover diesel in for some issues with the brakes (the dealer could not fix the issue, even after installing new rotors and 2 sets of new pads). Rovers Elite solved the issue quickly, and gave a clear plan for further options, just in case. I kind of can't wait for my warranty to end, just so I can bring it to these folks for everything. Super-polite, super-professional, super-knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Rover's Elite KICKS ass! I was introduced to them by my car broker, Lizzie and a family friend, Toni. From my 1st call to Dave Bouchard, the Owner it was off and running. Customer Service at it's best! I leased a 2025 Defender and needed "mud-flaps". With in one call, they were ordered. With in another call, I had a date set. I am greeted by Dave & Ianthe. Turn over my car, get taken to get a rental for a day. Come back a day later, car is washed, mud flaps on and treated with kindness, professionalism and some very funny moments. The entire team is top notch! Rover's is the real deal. Truly, love them. Trust me, you will be so impressed you will tell all your Rover-pals' how amazing they are. I'm a fan.

Dave and his team at Rovers Elite are incredible!!! I recently purchased a 2016 Supercharged Range Rover out of state but had some concerns about three issues that were listed on a pre-purchase inspection that needed further examination. I chose Rovers Elite because of the incredible ratings that they have online. I was greeted upon arrival by Dave who was cheerful, professional and incredibly informative. Conveniently located right off Thousand Oaks Blvd. and Skyline Drive, Rovers Elite has large bays for multiple cars and a comfortable and modern waiting area for customers. Dave was quick to examine my Range Rover and promptly called to inform me of what they found. Ultimately, Dave saved me money by performing only one repair on my list of three items of concern, two needing no repairs. If you are a Land Rover owner, I'm confident in assuming you own or have owned more than one, which is why much of my review will not be new news nor surprising to you. If that is you, I'll save you some reading time and just say you can rest assured this is the shop for you. For those of you servicing your vehicle for the first time, welcome to the club. You should understand that Land Rover products are high-performance, purpose-made vehicles, and they are notoriously complicated to fix whenever something goes wrong. This does not, however, mean that the service needs to be expensive. This why you need to seek out a mechanic with years of specialized training and experience, and let's not forget to mention the proprietary equipment Land Rovers require, to correctly troubleshoot and perform your maintenance and repairs - and, for obvious reasons, get it right the first time. Sure, you could take your vehicle to a Land Rover dealership, but their service department is going to perform a lot of unnecessary replacements through their process of problem eliminations and run up one of those chatroom-worthy bills that give Land Rovers a bad rep on the internet. This revenue model depends on hiking up the cost of repairs while also performing as many repairs as possible, and it is evidenced by how long it takes to pick up your vehicle after you've dropped it off for service. If you haven't experienced this for yourself yet, you'll find that it can take days to get your vehicle back. Dave at Rovers Elite built his revenue model around performing the necessary repair as quickly and efficiently as possible, so his shop can service as many customers as possible, which is evidenced by the line of vehicles in his parking lot at any given time. Drop your vehicle off in the morning and you'll witness a line of new Land Rovers in the lot when you pick it up that evening. I have been a Land Rover owner since I bought my first Disco II at 16, and I have dealt with maintenance for multiple models at shops across the country over the last 20 years. Rovers Elite is, by far, the best value I have ever experienced. No joke: Dave charges 1/3rd of the price you will find elsewhere. It blows my mind, and I am incredibly grateful. You will be, too.

Dave and Tony were super respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. They ordered a special part for me and put it in record time. The team at Roverselite is “elite”. No, but honestly best car service I’ve ever had. The car wash boy was also great he gave a beautiful complimentary car wash (#spotless) and vacuumed it too.

Dave is awesome!! Brought my Range Rover Sport to Rovers Elite and they diagnosed the issue quickly and did the repair at a great cost. Definitely a win win and I’m so happy to have found this place! They also washed my car for free and honestly did a better job than any car wash I’ve been to! I’m going to get my car detailed from him soon!

Rovers Elite is flawless, honest and hands down the best shop I have ever used. Tony and Dave were really easy to work with and they know what they are doing. I was having some steering issues with my wife's Range Rover Sport so I took it to a local shop in Santa Clarita and they quoted me over $4,000 for having to replace the rack and pinion steering. I knew that was BS so I took it to Tony and he quickly determined it was just a seal that needed to be replaced. Only charged me $300! Also Tony noticed that the car needed an oil change and the cabin filter needed to be replaced so he took care of those items also. I walked out only paying $645 for everything, wayyyy better than $4,000. He communicated very well and never left me in the dark, really could not ask for more. Then to really put icing on the cake they offered to deliver my car directly to my house free of charge. I live in Acton which is 65 miles (roughly a 1.5hr drive) from Rovers Elite, not a short drive. I have never received this level of service from any shop and would 100% recommend Rovers Elite to anyone who needs their car repaired.

Elite Rovers is the best! I had initially gone to the Thousand Oaks Range Rover Dealership for a simple computer reset. However the dealership told me that this reset didn’t exist and that many catastrophic things were wrong with my car which would cost in the thousands. But in one hour and for $150 ELITE ROVERS did the reset. My car was fixed and nothing else was wrong with it at all.

This Crew is knowledgeable in all Foreign cars but specializes in Range Rovers! -Took my car to the dealer for a squeaky brake issue and they turned me away stating this issue was always going to be a problem and that although the noise was unfortunate, the brakes were still safe to operate. *Took my Velar to Rovers Elite and they heard the same noise, had the brake noise gone in an hour. The gentleman here were polite, positive and over all just wanting to help get the issue solved! Showed me the issue of the brakes with my own eyes. This could have been handled at the dealer although at times small fixes like this get overlooked with all the other priorities the corporation is dealing with. The owner David is a great guy. He said he would take care of me, and he did! Maintaining my Range Rov with this business and no longer the auto dealer! The price is obviously less expensive than the dealer. David and his crew used to work at Range Rov I believe was stated to me, so you are receiving years of experience and quaranteed quality service!

Tony and his shop provided exceptional service! I have a very tough schedule and not only did they make it easy to drop off my vehicle but once it was done they had it delivered to my house. Service is top notch with both Dave and Tony. I have been dealing with them for years and won’t go anywhere else. These 2 are trustworthy, honest and professional not a combination I am used to when dealing with services writers and mechanics. I will refer this shop to anyone I know and can rest assured that they will take care of them. This is why I will pass at least 3 dealers to get to them and I have used all of those dealerships (only trusted 1 of those dealership). Last week I called my service advisor Dave to set up an appointment and I was told that he no longer works there. I did some digging and found out that he opened his own shop in Thousand Oaks. I brought my Rover in for brakes and they set me up with a complimentary rental. Their shop is incredible. I will be referring all of my family and friends.

I got my car back the same day and was charged $300+ less than what I would have paid at the dealership.

I feel like since COVID started it's really hard to come across quality business and the team at RoversElite went above and beyond our expectations. Dave took the time out to update me on each step of the process- ex: estimates and how long my car would be in the shop. I brought my LR in after having been to several other mechanics who couldn't figure out the leak.... A few days at this shop and wooo! No more leaks. An added plus- the team vacuumed and disinfected my car when I picked it up. No muddy boot prints here. They can even pick you up/drop you off! I've already made a future appt for cosmetic interior stuff. Cannot recommend them enough.
